Lost or Stolen Packages

Soul Simple Style is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in transit with the shipping carrier.

We strongly recommend opting into our shipping insurance at checkout. If shipping insurance is purchased, we will assist with replacing lost or stolen packages in accordance with our insurance policy.
Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are typically unavailable due to limited inventory and items selling out quickly.

Sold-out items cannot be exchanged.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the correct items and sizes are selected before completing checkout. Orders placed with incorrect sizing or item selection cannot be exchanged or corrected after purchase.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
