Domestic Shipping (United States)

Soul Simple Style is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in transit with the carrier.

Pre-sale items are expected to ship within 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase.

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Please note this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on order volume.

Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for tracking updates to become active.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses will not ship until the address has been corrected. If your order has not shipped within the stated timelines, this is often due to an address issue. Please contact us promptly so we can assist.

For order inquiries or delays, please reply directly to your original order confirmation email and include your order number. If you no longer have that email, providing your order number will help us assist you faster.
Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance is purchased at checkout, we will make every effort to replace lost or stolen packages.

If one or more items cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued for the unavailable items, and any items that can be replaced will still be sent.
International Shipping

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders typically take longer than our 1–2 week domestic processing timeframe.

Some international shipments require additional information, including a valid phone number and email address. Please ensure this information is provided at checkout.
